![]() It will only take one visit to the further diagnostics for most diseases. Whilst if you have both a IV on your GP and your nurse/doctor in diagnosis IV hand in hand. A level IV GP can diagnose pretty much all lower difficulty diseases in one shot (around 80% lower). This game is basically about "how quick can you get 100%" on a patient. ![]() ![]() Whether it be a diagnostic or cure professional. * "in real terms" I mean a use for a patient percentage. Unless you are going for the achievements, there is literally no point in real terms* in spending money to train a V. It's better to do a personal training on the end. So it is actually a 'waste' training them in a fifth qualification. the V level in all of the classes/qualifications in-real-terms, don't do that much. However, most of the time, you don't get that. In an ideal game all your traits would be positive and all janitors having motivated trait, all GP doctors having healing hands, all asstiances having tireless and charming etc Janitors pretty much all have motivation on them, unless they have the trait motivated and they are a repairer then they just have the wrench V.īut it depends what you have going for you in your staff portfolio. I usually put GPs with motivation, whilst nurses have stamnia attached to them and assistants with stamnia too. It depends what you want, do you want a fast GP doctor or do you want endurance on your GP? Therefore, once the patient comes in (quicker than the non motivation GP) if he has GP IV he will diagnose him quicker and more accurately than a person without GP skill or motivation. If your without motivation he (for example) will pick up the coffe mug and drink from it, if with motivation, he will pick it up and put it down again but will still have the energised buff to his name. Motivation helps with the bits "in between", for example:Ī fully kitted out GPs office with all needs objects inside, the GP goes around every-so-often, to those things and does an action with them. However, that still doesn't mean "And do not use Motivation for medical staff, it only affects movement speed which is useless compared to having a better diagnosis/cure rate." that is true either. No, I'm pretty sure the Motivation skill is like the motivation trait, just like the Training Masterclass skill is the same as the Teacher and Fast Learner traits combined.Īlso, it would be nice if the devs would change the description so it says only speed so it's less confusing to most people as it does now. So if you have a nurse only assigned to surgery you can probably give her other skills like Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, etc. Note however that it seems like the skills for the nurse taking care of surgery isn't that important. You can find a good list there at the "Treatments" chapter:
